The perfect beer for Linux/390 Systems Administrators

As most people who work with mainframe Linux know, the programmers who do the majority of the development for IBM work in Böblingen Germany. It just so happens there is a brewery in Böblingen, Schönbuch Bräu, that's been in business since 1823. They make a beer called Polar Weizen (see the pictures below). Apparently, the brewery was unaware of the presence of Linux developers in town, or that the Linux mascot is Tux. But, I have it on good authority that a fair amount of Polar Weizen gets consumed by them anyway. :)
